During her tenure as a Principal at Amazon, Dehavalyn played a pivotal role in shaping global Diversity and Inclusion strategies. Her work focused on enhancing the diversity and inclusiveness of Amazon’s workforce, workplace, systems, and platforms, earning her accolades for her innovative and impactful approaches. Before her time at Amazon, she helped key positions at prestigious organizations including eBay Inc., Citigroup, American Express, and the Coca-Cola Company, leaving an indelible mark in each role.
Dehavalyn’s educational background is as impressive as her professional journey. She holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Wake Forest University, complemented by dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Wood and Paper Science and Technology from North Carolina State University.
